My father started his own HVAC company nearly thirty years ago, and ever since he started his company he has been severely busy and hard working guy but he was always able to make time to spend time with his family.
For the past few years I have been working at my father’s side, learning the ins and outs of running a highly successful HVAC company, my father wants to leave me at the helm in a few years once he calls it quits and I am determined to not let him down… When I was a kid I had pictured that taking over his job would be a somewhat seamless transition due to how easy and lighthearted he always seemed while at work, but now that I am an adult it is clear to see that it is no easy feat.
My father’s company started out as a really small and humble company that promised wonderful prices and great customer service, and that promise has stayed the same over the years. Now the once small supplier has become one of the most well known and sought after HVAC companies in the entire state. I love being able to work and learn from my father every day and I think that once he decides to retire from the jobI will be able to keep the company running in a positive direction while keeping clients happy. Trust me, there isn’t any other job that I would want to be doing in the world!
